Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, Leather Tool Belts & Pouches and Inserts cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom or special-order items may also be non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return:
- Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package securely – include all original packaging and accessories
- Ship the item to our warehouse at:
66 Westhampnett Rd, Chichester, GB CH8J 4OZ - Include the RMA number we provide on the outside of the package
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days).
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) you require
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
