Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional tools and offer a straightforward returns process if any item doesn’t meet your trade standards.

Eligibility

  • Most items may be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Leather Tool Belts & Pouches and Inserts cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom or special-order items may also be non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging and accessories
  4. Ship to Us: Send to our warehouse at:
    66 Westhampnett Rd, Chichester, GB CH8J 4OZ
    Include the RMA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exchange Process

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) you require
  3. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
