All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

Non-returnable items: Leather Tool Belts & Pouches, Inserts (unless faulty), and custom/special-order items.

  3. Package items securely with all original materials

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. Allow 3-10 days for your bank to process the refund.
